Terms of use

The short version

Table & Pitch shows youth soccer standings and schedules. It’s independent, it can be wrong or late, and the league is always the official word. Plus is an optional subscription for alerts and synced teams that you can cancel any time.

Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Hallucination Engineering, LLC (“we”), which runs Table & Pitch. By using the site you agree to them. Contact: brianchoffman@gmail.com.

Independent, and not official

Table & Pitch is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by MLS NEXT, Major League Soccer, ECNL or any club. League names are trademarks of their owners; league, club and team names and logos are used only to identify teams.

Standings, schedules, fields, scores and rosters can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and leagues change them without notice. Always confirm kickoff times and fields with your club or the official league site before you travel. We’re not responsible for a missed or late arrival.

Accounts

You need to be an adult (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information. A Plus account is for you and your household.

Plus subscriptions

Plus costs $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year (shown on the site as the season price), plus any applicable tax. The price is shown at checkout before you pay.

Free trial. Your first subscription starts with 7 days free, one free trial per customer. Cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. Otherwise your chosen plan starts when the trial ends.

Renewal. Plus renews automatically each month or year from the day you joined until you cancel. We’ll give you notice before any price change applies to you.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from the account menu → Manage account → Billing. You keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and it won’t renew.

Refunds. Season (annual) plan: email brianchoffman@gmail.com within 14 days of your first annual charge for a full refund. Monthly charges and renewals are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or, at our discretion, when a significant outage or failure on our side kept Plus from working. Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processor.

Saved teams on an account are limited to 40.

Alerts

Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis. Timing depends on when a change is posted and on email and push providers. We can’t promise every change will be caught or delivered, and alerts aren’t a substitute for checking with your club.

Fair use

Don’t scrape the site at scale, resell its data, try to break or overload it, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; if a change materially affects Plus members, we’ll tell you by email before it applies. You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
