Questions
Which games get alerts?
League games for MLS NEXT Homegrown and Academy, ECNL Boys and ECNL Girls conferences. Tournament, showcase and Champions Cup games aren’t covered by alerts yet. Table & Pitch is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by MLS NEXT or ECNL.
How fast do alerts arrive?
Alerts go out within minutes of results and schedule changes being posted. A change announced only at the field won’t trigger an alert, so on game day your coach or club is still the final word.
Do push alerts work on iPhone?
Yes, on iOS 16.4 or later, once Table & Pitch is added to your Home Screen: open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and turn on push from the Alerts page. Email alerts work everywhere.
Will alerts wake me up?
Push alerts wait until your quiet hours end (10pm to 7am unless you change them). Emails arrive right away, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Can the whole family use it?
Yes. One Plus account covers every team you save, up to 40, across ages and leagues. Sign in on each parent’s phone and turn on push there.
How does the free trial work?
Your first subscription is free for 7 days, one trial per customer. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. Checkout shows the date of the first charge.
How do I cancel?
Open the account menu at the top of any page, choose Manage account, then Billing. You keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and it doesn’t renew.
Can I get a refund?
On the season plan, yes: email us within 14 days of your first annual charge for a full refund. Monthly charges and renewals aren’t refundable unless the law requires it or an outage on our side kept Plus from working. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Full details are in the Terms.
Will the free site stay free?
Yes. Every table, score, schedule and roster stays free, supported by ads. Plus pays for alerts and keeps the lights on.
